Pinched nerve on my shoulder trying to reach over my sump to get to my Reactor and unscrew it under tight and narrow space.

Local hand infection from rock scrape.

Scraped back of hand on rock. Got local aeromonas infection. Resolved with oral antibiotic. No pain. No spread or systemic effects.

Bent over to pick up a full 7 gallon bucket (the tall ones you sometimes see) the wrong way. Threw out my back and spent most of the week on the couch. That water change took a while to finish haha.

Hand picked some bushy algae from the rocks. Turns out there were bristle worms in the algae. Had what looked like bee stings all over one hand. Pain lasted a week. Not doing that again.
