I noticed right on the first picture that you varnished and sealed the stand. It really did turn that ugly stand into a very nice piece of furniture.

Great Job...Two thumbs up

Just becuase I was alive when star wars came out does not mean that I have a collection. But that is what's so good about having boys you can play with there toys.:smokin:

the water, sand, and bright lighs are on! ill post pics tomarrow.... still trying to figure out the overflow, i got it down to GLURRRP SWOOOOOOOOSH GLURRRRRRRRRRRP SWOOOOOOOSH glaggla

Matt,

Put some airline tubing on that nipple on top of the float in the overflow. Then put an airline tubing valve on the airline tubing so you can adjust the air going into the float.

Additionally, when there is no water in the overflow, make sure that no dried on salt, calcium, or sand is causing a sticking spot on the float going up and down. If there is a sticking spot, wash the overflow tube and float well. If that doesn't work, soak both pieces in vinegar and then rinse well.

is that salty water i smell??? or is that chaeto.....
