Maybe Dictyopteris.. I would treat as if it were an invasion of its close cousin Dictyota. Try to find a herbivore that likes it and also manual removal.
Upon further inspection.. looks like you're fighting a strange, brown colored and baggy looking macroalgae as well, at the back formation in the second photo. That one almost looks like Colpomenia, but I dont think that is a reef associated (unless you count oyster reef) or warm water alga. Very interesting mix you've got going. You'll have to update us on what works and what doesn't. (Please!) It may help out someone else in the future.
