30x12x12 to 15H sump w fuge where i run much lr, chaeto, floss and drip limewater

i use seachem reef salt

ca 420, kh~8, ph 8, nitrite <.3mg/l, ammonia 0, phosphate .25 mg/l

24 diy 3w bridgeleux led kit from aquastyles hanging ~8 in from the surface of the water. 60* optics ( i do have 3 red and 2 cyan colored leds in the mix and i dont think they are help photosynthetically?) which i run at 100%

problem im seeing is that my acans are growing much more quickly than any softies i have (except for that colony of red magicians) and most of my softies seem to be reaching up for more light?

ive rearranged the tank so that the softies are now under the light more directly.. will give them a couple weeks to see if this arrangement works

are my leds still too high off the water?
could my coral load be too much for just water changes to replenish minerals?
should i be dosing iodide for the softies?
should i be using optics? should i lower the light more and remove the optics?

i dont have test kits for mag or iodide but i presume that would be the next step?

tank

red magicians that thrive

rest of softies, not so much

any input appreciated
