????????What's wrong with my clown?????????

I have had my clowns for almost a year now. They have been developing black spots on them, but usually when i start to feed them with garlic it goes away. i thought they would be fine since it went away.(i was wrong) now they have the black spots again and its not going away or getting any better, in fact my female clown now has a big raised white scratchy bump on one of her side. the male only has the black spots. i have no idea whats going on or what to do.
i have other fishes in my 30 gallon also and they appear to be fine without any spots or any illness. i have a sandsifter goby, miatis blenny, and a small blue tang.

can someone help me?...

photobucket is down so i just added the pictures through rc. i caught them last night. any thoughts on what i should do?

i took a closer look at them since i caught them and it appears to be more of scratching that has caused that. other than this they are eating fine and go crazy everytime.
