My purple firefish has a sore. I'm guessing he ran into a rock when darting into his home underneath the rocks. What do you guys think?

background info... tanks been running for 1 year. I've had the firefish for about 4 months and it hasn't showed any signs of sickness untill now. All the fish in their where treated with TTmethod and prazipro in QT before entering the DT. He's in there with a Flameangel and was with a Kole tang(that withered away since I could not get him to eat for the life of me after two months, and he died 2 weeks ago). No new additions since the kole tang.

I'm not seeing the sore but my Firefish got popeye from scratching her eye darting back into her rock. I left her alone and she recovered but her eye looks scarred and age isn't as active anymore.
If I could do it again, I'd capture her at night when she's groggy and put her into a hospital tank with wide spectrum antibiotics.

Hopefully its just a scrape, its on his top fin on the back. I added some Prime in the tank hopeing it will help heal it a little faster or help his slime coat. I'll keep an eye on it, both my qts are being used with the new clowns going through ttm for 10 more days untill they free up a tank.

I would skip the prime, it's more to neutralize ammonia or chlorine. If it's just a fine, just wait and see. Try to keep the water extra clean for a few weeks to reduce stress.
