Can anyone tell me what's wrong with my fish??

That appears to be brooklynella aka clownfish disease. The white film your seeing is the fish generating excess mucus in an attempt to shed the parasite. The std treatment would involve QTing combined with a series of formalin baths.

I will see if my LFS has formalin and start to dip. How long will brook stay in the water column of my display tank while i have him in the QT?

Thats a common question but I have not read any article which discusses that. I would suggest Qting the fish and giving him a series of formalin baths (not dips) .. and keeping him QT'd for at least 4 weeks.

I would do 6 weeks min. from the time the fish have no smptoms to make sure the parasite's life cycle has been broken completely.

i did the formulin and he started to look better after a few hours, but wouldnt eat anymore. Found him dead this morning. I just lost my 2 clowns and flame hawk in a week. Guess i have about 6+ weeks to figure out what fish i am stocking with because the last clown was my last fish.

Sorry for your loss ... brook like amylo can quickly kill fish and many aquarist lose their fish before they can get an appropriate diagnosis.

I suggest you break down your QT and sterilize it (water with a little bleach s/b fine). You can QT your next fish while your ST remains fallow.
