What's wrong with my fish?

Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me what is wrong with this fish. He developed a white patch on the top of his head and a little at the back. He has started to go around the back of the rocks so I dont know if he rubbed up against something or if he is going back there because he isnt feeling well. He is eating great and chasing other fish like usual, so I dont see any behavior that says "sick fish"

How long have you had him and have you added anything recently to the tank? Do you quarantine?
