whats wrong with my foxface????

my foxface has black spots and is laying on the bottom. here are some pics. please help. my other fish is fine and my eel is also ok.

Look up black ich. I am not sure that is it but very we'll could be.

Systemic bacterial infection/hypermelanization by the looks of it. A good week in a QT with Maracyn II for SW (minocycline) should do the trick if so. I would not wait on it either.

2mg/gal added daily for 7-10 days with a 25% water change prior to each new dose. Wouldn't hurt to drop the salinity some as well.
