what's wrong with my purple tang

my purple looks like that, the mouth and both side have big white spot, look like callus

My kole tang looked kind of like that after I dosed Algaefix. I did a water change and it went away. I don't have you added anything lately? Stress? Is he eating and swing fine?

still looks healthy to me, i have this fish for 3 years, a year ago he started to lose color, i thouth might food problem, so i stop feeding lettcues, i used to feed lettcues and seeweed,still same.4 month ago,i upgradetp to 400 gallon,his color's back, couple days ago , he looks like that, kind of diseas?last few weeks, i only have one new fish, aussie tusk

Lettuce isn't much nutrition, nori or seaweed uncooked is. He is the only tang that is odd looking? Who is the big fish in your tank? Is the purple being chased? Maybe try a water change.

thanks,billyzbear, i have 10 tangs , they are together more than 2 years,all looks perfect, he isn't biggest fish, but he is the most agressive one in the tank,

Nice. The tusk looks really cool. My guess is stress. The purple wants to be the boss of the tank and the tusk won't be bossed around.

thanks, i do 30 gallon water change next monday,he still looks healthy, but looks ugly,hopely he is ok, by the way, i love that austrilla tusk, im planning put one more,
