Whats wrong with my RBTA???

One the bottom of my RBTA, the lower tentacles are always curled uplike you see in the pic. Is this normal? All the tentacles on top are always fully extended outward. I have it under 150w 14K Phoenix bulb..

Any ideas? TIA!!

Iv seen this befor.I belive that it is about to much light from what I was told.But I never really knew why mine done this befor.
