Whats wrong with my toadstool

Its been like this for months..

Parameters all stable. Here are three separate tests for a 10 day period

Ca: 430, 440, 440
Alk: 9.3, 9.9, 9.9 DKH
MG: 1250, 1300, 1250
PO4: .01, .04, .02
NO3: All three tests look like between .2 and 1.0 on seachem
SG: 1.024
Temp: 77-78
Ph: 8.35-8:45

How is the flow in the area? Are ther le any other corals that can possibly be irritating it? Just a thought

Well I have two MP10s on full blast, and two Koralia 4s in a 92g tank so flow is pretty good throughout the tank, but it is a bit lower in that area. You think its too little or too much flow?

Can u see the polyps blowing? If so u should have enough.

I'm no expert, but my toadstools like flow but not direct flow. More of a wave where the whole column of water is moving. The flow in your tank sounds great. Maybe it is getting too much direct flow from one of the powerheads. If it weren't getting enough flow then the polyps wouldn't extend at all. If you have room maybe try moving it to a lower flow area in the bottom third of the tank and see how it responds. Just my thoughts. You may even have to dial back one if your mp10 to achieve this but that's the beauty of those pumps.

My toadstool does not like direct flow. Funny enough, the waterflow in my tank mainly revolves around keeping the toadstool happy, and I seem to have no complaints from anything else. The only issue I have with the indirect flow is a heavy build up of algae on its stalk. I have been considering a low flow powerhead for that area.
