what's wrong with my yellow tang

my yellow tang eats, but very thing and has few small pale areas on his body, kinda white areas. what do i do? i have been adding vitamins and garlic in his food for about a week now, but still have nothing.

Are you feeding him veggies? What size tank is he in?

i do feed him nori, but he won't eat until i get it off the clip and directly give it to him. he used to eat it normaly, off the clip.

i started feeding him untill he can't eat anymore and he is looking better within few days. i also add vitamins in his food.
