It has some tissue damage but nothing I havent seen a bubble recover from. Id remove that hair algae and keep it in a low-medium flow area for a while to recover.
bubble corals hate algae more than any other coral to me. once you remove the algae, they normally recover very quick, try to target feed it a little bite more often when it is hungry. That always help corals recover a lot faster.
