What's wrong with this GSM?

Well, what's wrong with the female GSM in the picture? Any ideas on why she could be bloated/fat like that? I'm thinking about purchasing the breeding pair, but obviously don't want to purchase a clown when something is wrong with it.

well..it being sold as a breeder pair...I would assume that she's prego

She seems way to fat to be just prego. I wonder if something else is wrong. Possibly egg impaction?

Doesn't seem normal at all.. Maybe ask for a second pic to confirm? Sometimes people look fatter than they really are in pictures so same could go for fish
