What's your favorite nano fish?

I'd just like to hear about everyones favorite fish and why you love it!

My personal preference for my nano tank is to keep an overall peaceful environment. Because of this, I believe my favorite nano fish would have to be the Pseudocheilinops ataenia or Pink-Streaked Wrasse. They can be timid at times, but the personality and way they move in and out of rocks is mesmerizing.

Although not a fish, I like my coral banded shrimp. He looks menacing but is quite peaceful with the other inhabitants.

I have a little two spot goby, who is a hoot... always pecking the rock and swimming in the current etc.... great little fish...

No question for me.......gotta be a Midas Blenny! Because they are long and skinny they have sort of a neck which allows them to look around more like a little dog, lol. They are also able to move their eyes more than most fish.

They are very colorful, active, very intelligent and personable.

If I could take mine out and pet him, I would.

I have yet to find my favorite, but i did enjoy having panda gobies in a 6g nano, but even in a small tank like that i had trouble ever seeing them.. but when i did it was always a treat!

Royal Gramma - I have always had one on my tanks. Firefish would be cool (helfrichi ones would be extra cool, if you have the cash!). Never had a Midas blenny, but watched one on youtube and looked like a way cool fish.

I'm going to get flamed for this, but I really like sixline wrasses. Having said that, many people comment that they are evil incarnate and will attack fish ten times their size when grown. Which is too bad . . .

In the spirit of the sohal tang, I'd say those baby leopard sharks they sell. How big can they get, really? Or a small Emperor angelfish with the col white scribbles on the blue background. ;-)
