Its been a few years since I looked around, and am looking for reputable online retailers that people have had good experiences with, at reasonable prices.

Theres got to be more out there than saltwaterfish.com and liveaquaria.com.

:D

Blue Zoo is really good - I have a Pakistani Butterfly, a Black Cap Basslet and two Chromis that I ordered from them and they're all doing great! I quarantined them of course.
I also ordered some softies from them too, they were healthy when I got them but didn't thrive because I didn't have the lighting for them - TOTALLY my fault, not theirs.
I've ordered three times from them and haven't had any issues!
I will DEFINITELY order soft corals from them again when I get better lighting!!!

I recently bought some large SPS pieces from Live Aquaria, and was happy. I've gotten fish from saltwater fish.com, and they were small but all lived. Don't buy anything except pods from Aquarium Depot.

I've ordered from several places. Live Aquaria isn't the cheapest but they have an outstanding arrive alive guarantee that I've yet to see beat. There used to be other online stores I liked but more and more of them are disqualifying certain fish or coral or inverts from any kind of guarantee. They post a week to two week guarantee in big letters on a main page, but then you go shopping and it's like everything you pick is disqualified. A real bummer.
Honestly though, I can understand why they do this. Human error is a big issue. The problem is when it's your livestock and you know it wasn't human error and the fault of the UPS guy who juggled your box.

I second Blue Zoo, my last order of about 6 fish from them, they all came healthy and their packaging was nice.

Live-Aquaria ..

I once in a while will order form saltwaterfish.com but last order and there email / specials sceme remind me of reefstogo and that is a huge turn off.

I have ordered dry goods from petsolution.com usually salt mix because i can get next day delivery for free due to I live a few Miles from UPS WORLD HUB..

Newbie here.....If you order 6 fish at a time, after quarantine can they all be placed in the tank at the same time? I thought that was bad for the bioload?

Think it depends on the size of the tank and fish. 6 small fish can be less mass than 1 big puffer and 60 gallons compared to 500 gallons is a huge difference.

I've been very happy with Marine Depot and BlueZoo - had problems with shipments from both and got great customer service.

I've also been happy with Cultivated Reef for corals, Coral Reef TN for fish, and Bulk Reef Supply for dry goods.
