I'm thinking of doing a day of store visiting in the next week or two...

Since things have changed since the last time Ive been to some of these fish stores, I wanted to just get everyone's thought on what their favorite store is.

No store bashing please, just would like to know the stores name and what you like about them.... price, selection and what not.

There is a really nice place on bird road. I only went there once, because it's a little out of the way from me, but it was the only place i've seen where they had named zoas with labels on the glass, so you could readily identify everything. Now let me strain my brain and see if i can remember the darn name....=)

I like Marine Net right off the Sawgrass and Commercial near BB&T Center.
https://www.facebook.com/MarineNetInc/ Bernard is a really passionate person.

And if I'm east, Eco Reef Aquarium Address: 2740 E Atlantic Blvd, Pompano Beach, FL 33062 Larry is the owner, nice guy

There was a nice warehouse east of 95 i think off of sterling, he had some really nice tubs. I forget the address & name of the place. I found his place on this forum though.

Reef Addiction - SW Corner of broward county. Coral Ridge Drive and university. Nick is the owner, great guy

The place east of 95 could be either Hydra Aquatics or Reef Life Aquatics. Both are good stores that I frequently stop by.

Reef Life is the one. I've never been to Hydra, i'll have to check that one out. Thanks a lot!

Exotic Aquariums on Bird - good selection, good prices. To give an example, I was recently looking for a small black tang. Over the course of a month, I found three on Bird, one for $700, one for $550, and the one in my tank that I picked up at Exotic for $400.
