What's your favorite Trigger??

I have an Undulated and a Hawaiian Black (Black Durgeon) Triggers. I think that they are both sweet but I like the Hawaiian Black trigger better.

how come theres not that many ppl voting for clown triggers? Im not knocking other triggers, theyre all cool, but come on. Large clown trigger over 7" and up are awesome.

My 8" long, 3.5" wide clown has recently started to chew up any cords in the tank ( from powerheads, heaters ). Ive thrown out 3 pumps this week!!!!

I'll sell him for $20 to anyone with a good home,

Just got a pair of Blue Chins and absolutely love them for personality and for temperament.....obviously not the most striking of the group but I really like them! Mine are very small right now .... 3" or so

Undy's are gorgeous! But that temperament!!!!:eek2: :eek2:

We had sooo many returned to the LFS I worked at as a kid because of their disposition.

BTW, what size tank would one need to keep an undy alone?

Size of tank... I am not getting into that agruement with people... I will tell you the size that mine is in... a 50 gallon... I am sure someone is going to tell me that is too small... dont waste your breathe, the 125 is already up and being setup for a transfer soon. With the 50 I have a 20 gallon overflow / skimmer / bio balls... a seperate protien skimmer... and a canister filter as well... high input high output!

Oh please, I kept a hippo tang in a 30g hex for 3 years. I'm not one of those fish police. How big do undy's get?

SDguy Undulates get up to a foot in length, so a fully fully grown Undy would definately appreciated a 110 Long or a 125. Triggermen he's around 8-9" closer to 9.

my favorite trigger is the clown. i kept one for about a year or longer, but it died. now that my 225 is rolling, i plan to get another. here are some of my triggers i have kept.

i kept an undaulted too, but never could get a good shot of the beauty. right now i have the niger and humu, the humu i bought in march 05 and has grown significantly.

Your fish are wonderful! What kind of camera do you take the pics? Also do you notice that different foods seem to bring out brighter colors with the triggers?
