What is the pH of RO water in OKC? What about people that have DI only?

Shouldn't it be 7.0? I thought it kind of made the water close to purity. I would imagine that would include losing either its acidic or basic properties. That's why I put buffer in every jug of water I purchase. Sorry I wasn't more help!!
