Whats your take on this

I just built a 3x6x14" frag tank out of plexiglass and used Methylen chloride to weld the plexiglass together. I then (though I didnt really need to) siliconed the seams to make double sure I have a good seal. the silicone was left to cure for the 24 hours as the mfg recommends and then I filled the tank with fresh water. I have a pump cirulating water and have an air line in there as well to airate the heck out of the water. being as this is going to be a frag tank with some plants and the odd fish... how long should I give it before actually using it.. should I be worried about off gasing from the silicone, meth and or??

nope. you should be fine after about 48 hours of cure time for the silicone. No need to do anything else.
