When replacing RO/DI filters....

Replacing the sediment filter, do I need to make some water and discard before actually using it? I got the thing plumbed into water station so its a hassle.

I typically flush my unit before I make water every time. My units is not set up to turn on/off automatically, so I flush before each use. I would say flush after replacing a filter for sure.

id atleast run a gallon or two through it to get anything cleaned out from the new filters.
