When shrimps go crazy(video)

hey, would you like to be part of a mantis video collage i'm trying to make using videos from members of this forum?

I couldn't tell for sure if it was still carrying food. Often Os will take prey and swim to a new location to eat it. I suspect the odor caused by the prey attracts other predators. Your animals is attempting to swim to another location, but it doesn't understand glass and is trying to push through it.

So does that mean he doesnt like his home? :( he usually does that before and during feeding he just seems to get active looking for food

It is mostly that the animal does not understand glass. If it is active before feeding, it is probably because it keys on you and expects to be fed.

Awesome, i usually get the piece of krill and hold it in the tank with my hand for him to swim up and get it. do mantis shrimp have a mating call? i often see him when i hold up a orange snapple cap or something he opens up and flicks his whiskers at the same time
