When to add corals?

With softies I would say a week or two. As long as your ammonia, nitrite are at zero & nitrAtes are below 15. Some people say things like xenia thrive on water that is a notch off.

I have a new 30g biocube. Cycling for 2 weeks with live sand and about 25lbs of live rock. What corals are reccomended for this size tank? when can they go in etc.... Currently- the only inhabitants are 2 cleaner shrimp, snails and crabs. I am trying to be patient before I add fish

Same as above, most softies will do fine right after the tank has finished cycling. As long as the nitrAtes aren't sky rocketed. As to corals, to many to list. Anything that gets to big can always be fragged.
