When to take shrimp out for cycle?

So I put two shrimp in yesterday in a mesh bag. Today I added bio Spira. Two hours later I test water for first time and my
ammonia is around 5
Nitrite 1.5 ppm
And nitrates are about 20

What does this mean on only second day of cycle?

Oh, and I also started with all dry rock that was phosphate free. And just regular sand, no live.

Once your at or above 2ppm take it out.

Yes take it out but ghost feed your tank every day as if you had fish in it
