One more thing, no one knows what genus these small species are in. Their is three genrea that exist, the small calanoids are very similar. Could be Bestiolina, Clausocalanus, Parvocalanus.
I would read up on Mic Payne's Calanoid Work. Just google him. He produced a manual on a species they work with in OZ. I can get you a species that is very similar to that species and would work very welll for most species of fish larvae.
Before you start anything, and I mean any fish breeding or live feeds you need to become an expert in growing algae, T-iso and Chetaoceous would be the minium for growing copepods. Once you get a good steady supply (carboy a-day) of algae you can think about trying copepods. You have to have food for them first then you can start on the calanoids. Then you need to learn how to grow the pods, then test them out on other fish, get your survival on dottybacks or clowns above 90% or more. Then think about angels.
