Where can I find Rainbow Acan?

I really want a piece of rainbow scan for my tank. Where have you found them at a good price and healthy? Does your LFS carry them often or do you get them online?

Pacific East Aquaculture in Maryland is worth a look. Dr Mac has direct links with Austraian collectors and or exporters I believe. Big stock of acan lords of all types. Healthy stock great service. Non stupid pricing as well.

So I was lucky enough to find an LFS about 30 minutes away that had one. I got a 3 head piece for $90 here it is

Do a google search or Facebook search for matts corals in ohio... He just started shipping. He has $20 and $40 frags of acans... All with at least 3-7 heads on it. All my acans are from him, and all are doing really well... He has some really nice rainbows, some some blue and reds right now. Tell him craig referred you, so he will throw me a bone next time I stop in!

Woos is in Peoria, and does local pick up as well.
If you get down that way Aquarium Obsessions in Bartonville is nice as well.

Those prices on Sexy Coral seem absurd. Granted some of those chalices are incredibly colorful and awesome looking, $1500 for a single chalice eye in my opinion is ridiculous. Hopefully no one buys those corals at those prices so the vendors like Sexy Coral either drop their prices or go away and make room for non-eye gouging vendors who I'm sure could acquire the same corals and sell for a fraction of the price while still making profit.

Some of those Rainbow Acans on that ReefKingdom site Whiterabbit mentioned are awesome and very reasonably priced. That $50 Eden's Crush Acan really caught my eye though, super colorful and priced well too!

i couldnt see myself spending over 500 for a piece of coral. i would rather put that money towards upgrading some of my equipment

The acans on the bottom of their page are more reasonably priced for the most part, I was looking at their site for the flamethrower favia.
