Where can I find this?!

I want a test kit but I don't want to spend a fortune (im a college student...$50 is a fortune to me ) I just ordered Recipe 1 (cal, alk, and mag) from BRS.

Where can I get test kits for Cal, Alk, Mag, and ph that are good and won't break the bank??

ask your local reef club. Someone is bound to have some half used kits that they may even give you.

You can also buy them seperately..might be easier one every few weeks..

I use API but I have heard there are better ones..maybe someone else has a suggestion..

Salifert,pricey but very good plus you get a lot of test out of the kit.

Salifert isn't that expensive, you looking at $25.99 for the Calcium test kit, $14.99 for the Alkalinity test kit, and $26.99 for magnesium. Even testing daily these will last you several months.

I too use API. Cheaper and IMO are more user friendly.
