Where can I find...

a pair of Black and White Clowns? Does anyone around north Alabama breed these? I want these to be my next addition to my tank. Thanks in advance for any help.

Sustainable Aquatics in Knoxville, TN breeds them. They supply Coral Reef Aquatics in Athens. You can also get them directly from SA.

Thanks for the quick reply! I will check out CRA since it is so close. If anyone else knows where I can find a pair, please let me know.

-are you talking about the normal black/white oceallaris (sp?) ?

If so, Aquarium Imports down here in Hoover seems to have them from time to time. Obviously thats a good drive for you though....
If I remember correctly they were more expensive than the regular perc clowns but still pretty reasonable. Last time I was looking at them he had a newly formed "pair" as well in from the supplier.

Yeah, that is exactly what I am looking for! Do you happen to know how much he wanted for the pair?

It's very easy to pair up young ocellaris or perc. I'd avoid paying extra for so-called "Paired" clownfish unless you are buying a breeding pair (the one that has already spawned together) for an immediate breeding purpose.

if I remember right, it was either $45 or $50 for each clown.... Vs. their regular true percs were like $25 or $30? I'm pretty sure they can get in a young "pair" if you just request it....
