Where can I get a new lighting system for my nano?

I have only one light in a JBJ 12 gallon nano. I am wanting three power compacts. Where can I get a retro kit that has reflector, ballast, and wiring that will FIT INTO THE EXISTING TOP? I dont want to mod the hood- I like the way everything fits together.

I have looked there- I could only find the retro with 2 bulbs and a ballast. I am wanting three bulbs and a ballast that will run them all since two ballasts will be impossible tofit under the hood. It also does not come wiht a reflector- is one necessary? what would i put behind it?
