Where did you buy your starboard?

I went to a local restaurant supply company and bought the starboard for very cheap and had a friend cut to match my footprint. After a month I took it out and went bare glass on the bottom as stuff was getting up under it no matter how hard I tried to make it fit just right. Glad I took it out but I know I run the risk of problems...but I really don't worry about it.

any restaraunt supply store should have it paid $40 for a 48x24x24 at my local store. save on shipping also. make sure you get at least 1/2" so i dosent warp.

You can get a 4'X4' by 5/8" sheet of grey HDPE at Menard's for $12. If their in your area. The HDPE cuts easy with most woodworking tools.
