I am going to dirll a 15 gallon for a sump and i need to know where to get the right bulkhead and overflow before I drill and any other parts that go with it.

bulk heads can be found at your LFS...and i believe at McMaster-carr
as for overflow there are a bunch or different ones you can buy and make...search for the thread whitetrash nano...just a couple posts down...his overflow is very ingenious..it is either a DIY our a store bought though...
P.s. about the bulk heads it only makes sense to go with the real things rather then try to DIY those out of male and female couplings and some teflon tape and rubber grommets...(that IS how i did the ones for my CL and they work absolutely fine though...) but ther eis no reason to mickey mouse them like i did...
you can also find diamond tipped holesaw blades on ebay relatively cheap to drill your holes with too..
