Where do you find quality beta glucan?

I read some back and forth about the quality of beta glucan available.

I would like to find out where you buy your from and how much you use.

I get mine at Whole Foods.

Any quality health store will carry it. It's a human supplement, not a pet store one.

Thanks Pled, I guess I was after which brand do you use and where do you get it.

I thought there was debate on manufacturing and how pure the supplements were.

So which brand do you use and how much?
