Where do you frag SPS?

Are you more likely to frag from new growth or old? Why?

old growth because it's generally healthier and hardier than from a new colony.

+1 I have more frags from me cleaning the tank than I do from me fragging a coral. Personally when I do frag I will go for undergrowth that will probably die from being shaded. Most of the time I just grab it and brake it off with my hand which Ive done with chalices and hammers to acros and montis.
