I am getting some crystalization/sediment in the area I have been adding my 2 part dosing. I have been putting it in my drain area where my skimmer also is located. I have noticed a small amount both on the skimmer body, pumps in that tank, and the sump walls. The alk in the system is around 9, and the calcium is around 425, so these things should not be percipitating, and area not visible when I add them. Since I will be going to dosing pumps soon hopefully this will help.

So where do you add your dosing?

Curious as well, I was about to ask the same thing. I have been manually dumping mine in the drain area by the skimmer but i'm hooking up dosing pumps and wasn't sure where the best spot would be.

I put mine at the return pump. Im sure my 1800gph return pump does the job of mixing better than anything in my tank

I dose in the return of my sump, as reefgeezer said "as long as the area is high flow and turbulent" it should mix fine.

I add it everything including ato in the return section. I don't dose in the the drain because that's where I have my temp and ph probes and that would sort of screw the reading a little it
