i dont know where is the apex url :'(

If you goto the Android market and search for Apex you will find the Apex Lite. It works okay, but has some limitations. It is worth paying the very little money for the Apex app, it is a widget and is much better than the Apex Lite.

I don't think you understood his question. He has the Apex App. The app asks for the url to which the Apex is connected to and that's what he is trying to figure out. I have the same issue.

I believe the issue lies with needing a static IP address. Most internet providers have dynamic IP's - they assign you something from their range based on when you connect to them comared to eveyone else the serve. If you get kicked off, and then re-connect to the internet (or shut off your computer or restart even), you end up with a different IP address that is seen by the "outside world" The answer is to sign up for a dyndns.org free account and configure a "static" address and let them keep up to date on what your actual IP address is (use their "install as a service" option). This way, you can configure your phone to look your address from dyndns.org to be able to find your controller. You will also need to configure your router to port forward to the address of your controller on your "home" network (the 192.168.1.1 or whatever you would type in your browser at home to access the apex/AC3 from your laptop through your internet).
