Where the best place to get a refractometer?

Though the less expensive models might in fact still be accurate I have a fairly cheap ATC model that is difficult to read. The lighting has to be just right or all you see is a blur. I took it into the LFS last Saturday just to compare it's reading to the one the store has. I used mine first and as normal I had to walk around the shop until I found the correct lighting for it. When I used the store's to compare my reading I just held it up and it didn't really matter where I pointed it I could see the demarcation line clear as could be.
They were using the Milwaukee Salinity Refractometer MR100ATC. I looked around and think Champion has a fair price at $70. It would have saved me so much time over the last two years walking around with it pointed in the air trying to read it.
