where to buy a drilled 30 gallon

hello all. I am looking to uprade my 20 gal long tank to a 30 gallon that is drilled so i can have an over flow that leads to a sump/fug. Any recomendations on where to the best balance of cost/quality would be to find this? Any recomendations as to how it should be drilled also?
