all the steel ones i have seen are corroded and rusted and those are on freshwater tanks. I have an aluminum 5 lb. i got it from cee kay, i paid 60 for the tank and 20 (after enviromental fees). Stupid must be talking about a bigger tank. You have to buy the tank and then you swap it every time you fill. you can lease it but it costs alot more over the course of a year or two.
Go to C&K on Manchester Road at Hampton...I paid a deposit on the tank and when it is empty I just swap it for a new one. Every one I have got from them was freshly painted and clean. You can always call ahead and make sure they have one filled, and freshly painted. You can also place the cylinder on a tray like you put under plants to keep the metal from touching the floor.
