Where to buy black eggcrate?

If all else fails, then I will just spray paint black krylon fusion onto the white stuff.

Yes, Krylon Fusion is tank safe once dry, and no, I would rather avoid the extra step and expense.

the fusion is an epoxy based spray paint, and when it dries i cant even get it off my hands. ive had it on eggcrate for over 6 months and not even a flake has come off. you cant even tell its painted. ive had no ill effects at all.

I will agree the fusion is great spray paint and i know exactly what you mean!!! But i have read where eventually it sill start to flake off. I just stick with the white and still dont have to worry about anything. Thanks

After a long while, mine got coralline on it so that tones the white down some. It does take long while though.

Yeah, the white eggcrate is ugly, but good for spotting pests and cyano.

They stock it. Call in advance. Maybe 10-12 bucks per sheet??? Don't remember. Not outrageous.

P.S. They might know it better as light diffuser. But at least one guy there calls it eggcrate.
