where to buy food sponge

I am seriously looking to acquire (maybe grow) food sponge. i really want to keep (210g)a regal angel and a Moorish idol and a few (undetermined) other more of the "delicate" "hard to keep" fish and if i could provide food sponge for them on a regular basis i think it would be beneficial to these yes of fish. yes i am aware of the commercially available foods containing sponge but that's not the sponge food i m looking for i already know where to get these foods.

i have a couple of 65g(dry) empty tanks i could dedicate to a sponge grow tank.

any suggestions would be appreciated.

get some nice liverock and get your tank stable and feed regularly and you will have sponge growing in no time!
