Those are egg crates. You should be able to find them in your local marine store. Not sure if you could find the smaller sizes, otherwise you could cut the large piece to the size you want.
Just beware of using eggcrate...it has phosphates in it and it is like algae fertilizer. If you want something that does not give you algae problems and looks awesome..check out the blue glow acrylic frag racks.. I think they make custom sizes if you can't find the size you want. im pretty sure by dipping the eggcrate in a bath of vinegar and then soaking it in hotwater and last coating it with krylon fusion you should be fine. Usually doesn't attract any algae.
Edit: just checked out that link, kinda pricey but super cool!
there was a rumor going around that the white eggcrate would leach phosphates, but IMO tough to prove.
Eggcrate is a darn good place for algeas to grow. Smooth surface to attach to, usually pretty good light and usually pretty good flow. And it really shows up on the white surface.
