Where to buy Ghost Pipes?

Does anyone know where you can get red or black ornate ghost pipes or velvet ghost pipes?

Most LFS and very few online vendor carry them due to their dismal survival record in captivity. I know of nobody who has had long-term success keeping one. Including the most experienced seahorse keepers/breeders.
