where to buy large acrylic tube?

Im looking for a piece of 12 or 14 inch acryic tube about 10 or 12 inches tall for a remodel .

What is the best way to cut into the acrylic tube?

table or chop saw with a fine tooth blade

what about putting a hole in the side of the tube? I have no experience with that or how to seal the hole with fittings that fit the curve of the tube. I also don't want to cover the tube in sealing goo.
