Where to buy lighting

The balast on my light fixture over my 20 gallon (long) refugium died, and the bulbs were already 2 years old, so they were up for replacement too. I need to buy a new set-up. It needs to be THIN, cause my mangrove trees are growing too tall, and they need all the room they can get. I can't tell you how much I'd appreciate advice on where to buy. It's been a while since I bought lights.
