I get mine from my local IGA's meat department, heavy bags they put 10#s of grnd beef in, probably would work fine single but I always double bag, ya never know.

Depending on how many you want just try your lfs. I pay a tad more but get more variety in size rather than buying 1000 packs of each size from the wholesalers. At first that is what I did, bought 1000 of a certain size and then traded with lfs for variation.
