Where to get 55gal blue cans in Syr?

Anyone remember where the recycling place in Syracuse is that had these? It's not for me, and it doesn't have to be food safe.

Nah, but thanks, it's for a guy I work with. He found a place like 45 min away, but I thought there was a place right here in Syr.

i dug a bit online and found $5 food save 55g drums. new they are kinda spendy.
