Where to get live Mysis?

I am wondring where to get some live mysis to seed tank. Anyone know where or who to go to?

hey not to get off topic but i'm been trying to reply to you about the pods that you pm'ed me about. i should have some next weekend. send me a pm on here and let me know if you want some. as far a mysis you probaly won't find any live around here. live brine is a different story but they won't survive in the tank for any period. most of the mysis will be freshwater and not saltwater. them labeling as mysis means small shrimp like food. imo mysis and brine should be used for treats. i like getting fresh clams, fish and scallops and then mysis and brine as a treat evey 3 days

Thanks for the reply. I am definitely interested in some pods and should be around next weekend. What are tiny shrimp that I see in some holding tanks, etc in LFS usually uner small rocks, etc. They don't seem to resemble pods but small shrimp. I am not sure what they are called.

i get the amphipods http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amphipod''alot of people get them mixed up.

and there are saltwater variety around but they are all in fozen food. just like brine shrimp

If memory serves - Sea In The City has live pods. I bought a couple packs when we got the new tank.
I'm not sure of the which type - but there seems to be a lot of the little buggers now.....

Especially since our 5 year old starfish finally left the building
