Where is the best places to get wrasses? I look at LA and see the same stuff.
I want to see differant kinds, trios, and females. I also want some place to have them on hand, and not alwals out of stock. I understand they are not always going to have them in stock, but I do the e mail me when in and none of the seem to have what I want.

liveaquaria has pretty much all the more available fish. If they don't have it, maybe bluezoo does, but i don't think you're going to get all that you're asking for from any other vendor other than liveaquaria. You could try bluezoo, but you're going to get an availability issue there just like LA.

they got a couple nice wrasses online today on their diver's den section, too.

I find that bluezoo seems to have females more often than LA. Divers Den gets pairs once in a while but you better be fast cause they dont last long.

You need to get the email sneak peek with divers den to see all the best stuff, wrasse trios, etc. etc.

Waiting for the "hard to find" fish you really want, is part of deal, it seems.

Bluezoo as well as nyaquatic have good selections also, but none compare to divers den in my opinion.

what are you looking for ? what kind of wrasse ,i have been searching everywhere and may know where you should look if i know what your looking for . let me know my friend ~

I am looking for hooded fairy wrasses, a pair or a trio. I am also looking for just something unique.

Pacific Island Aquatics usually has some unique finds. I just ordered a pair of rhomboids and a pair of flames through them, great prices too.

you would be surprised what some of you local fish stores will do for you. I know here in San Antonio a few of the stores I shop at will order something if you specifically request it. Keeps you coming back so they do not mind so much, as long as it something they can get.

If you have a good LFS they might be able to order some nice ones for you. You'd be surprised at the nice stuff that comes up on regular order lists, but LFS owners dont order it because they dont want an expensive fish sitting around in the store forever. If you're willing to pick it up right when it comes in they'll probably cut you a good deal on it as they essentially have to do nothing.
