Well i've asked several mods if it would be ok to post a poll on a new store location, never got any responses so maybe i am wrong to assume its not a problem.

deland is central and underserved, theres no decent stores. Orange city is similar in my mind, deltona is a decent option if near I4, but I know a lot of people that avoid deltona due to traffic problems and construction all the time

We really could use a nice store in the Mount Dora, Leesburg area. The one poorly run one we had is all but gone and the closest store now is in Apopka.

Theres Fish Bowl which is getting better everyday. Seven Seas(no real comment), and i believe theres a new on in lake mary opening up in the shopping center fish bowl used to be in. the 427/1792/434 areas got there fair share of stores. too many. They all cover their bases. Plus the rent in a lot of the areas there is a little more then i'd like to cough up initially, we am spending a lot on equip, drygoods, and livestocks. Running 2 dialyseas filtration systems thru the whole store which is costing more then we would like but we're preferring to do this right from the beginning.

Even Though it is technically still Central FLorida, we only have ONE good fish store in Osceola county, that is Aqua-Holics.... and for eqiopment they are RIDICULOUS but they do give some deals on fish. It is like a monopoly almost, and it is either there, or on the web where youl will have to pay up to the teeth in shipping.

The Mount Dora, Taveres area is growing really fast. A well run store could do really well here i think if the rent was right, and you don't try and make the months bills on every sale. All we have in this whole area is petland lol. Thier saltwater section is a joke at best, and the collective knowledge of thier staff can't keep a Domino Damsel alive more than a week. The other store that is here, and closing Feb. 1st., is so over priced and poorly ran it couldn't do anything but go under. He trys to sell a Little giant pump that can be purchased from the internet for $120 including shipping on a bad day, for $239. I don't mind a few bucks, but i have kids of my own to send to college lol. His tanks are also plagued with flat worms and hair algae. I refuse to buy infected corals and pay 3 times thier value to boot just because it is the only store around.
